Sarah Jane Heaton-Caffin, Business Development Manager
Sarah joined the rapidly growing Carlton James Group at the beginning of 2019. The focus of her role is to galvanise the sales function and assist the distribution network by bringing a volume driven approach to building relationships with potential investors.
Sarah’s ability to forge strong relationships between the Head of sales and key distribution networks is an important part of the BDM role. Assisting our outreach networks of IFAs, Brokers and distributors is a priority for the business development role. Sarah will also ensure communication with targeted persons is kept high and Carlton James and the opportunities that sit within are visible and known across the worldwide market. Simply put Sarah’s end goal is to drive investments into our many fund options.
Sarah comes from a solid 15 year sales background. Sarah will harness her ability to identify potential relationships to pursue, build on existing relationships and ultimately assist our distributors.
